To ensure the highly specialized, close-tolerance fasteners we manufacture meet the demanding requirements of our aerospace, military and industrial customers, GS Aerospace utilizes a Cellular manufacturing process combined with Lean manufacturing concepts and principles for greater throughput, quality, efficiency and speed.

At the beginning of the fastener manufacturing process, raw materials and other exotic materials are chosen for quality and performance above all else. In our forming process, certified machine operators combine cellular manufacturing concepts with Statistical Process Control (SPC) to eliminate the variations found in the products of many other fastener manufacturers. Threaded fasteners are roll-formed rather than machined to provide them with superior thread strength and fatigue resistance.

GS Aerospace is an ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100-registered fastener manufacturer and product quality is verified by our NADCAP-accredited laboratory, which maintains a quality system in accordance with AS9100, ISO9001:2001 and ISO 17025 calibration standards in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540:1994. GS Aerospace is listed by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia as a Qualified Supplier under its Qualified Supplier List for Manufacturers (QSLM) program, Classes 2 and 3.
